Honestly having flu or colds would literally affect your daily routine such as your work performance. Almost all is restricted or limited when you have a flu or cold, whether you’re at home or at your office, and there are a lot of things you’ll miss when compared to how you’re so successful when you’re well without any flu or cold at home, at school or in your office. To avoid these scenario you will need to be cautious with your health and do precautionary measures to avoid getting flu or colds in order for you to do your everyday chores with excellence with no threat of failures in everything that you do whether it is at your home or at your school or at your working place.

When not stopped or prevented, these lethal diseases can and can lead to death, injury and an ill health and irreversible damage to their body system.
